Car stolen in Mazo, police looking for suspect
The Dane County Sheriff’s Office has released photos of a suspect in several car break-ins in the Village of Mazomanie Sunday night., Oct. 20. Residents on Scott and Exchange Streets awoke Monday morning to find their unlocked vehicles had been rifled through, and a gray 2014 Toyota Rav4 was stolen from a home on Scott Street. The vehicle was unlocked and the keys were inside.
The Dane County Sheriff’s Office continues to remind citizens to lock vehicles, garages and homes at all times. If you see something suspicious, call 911 immediately. Anyone with information related to these crimes is asked to call the Dane County tip line at (608) 284-6900.
