Sauk City Library opposes restrictive e-book policy

On Nov. 1, 2019, Macmillan Publishing made changes to their e-book policy. The changes make it that only one copy of a new release can be purchased in the entire state of Wisconsin through the Wisconsin Public Library Consortium for the first eight weeks of a release.
