Former Arena clerk files complaint about text messages

A former Arena village clerk filed a complaint against the village last Wednesday with Iowa County Circuit Court Judge Margaret Koehler who issued a temporary injunction in response. The complaint sought to stop the destruction of text messages following passage of an ordinance declaring that text messages aren’t public records.
