Black Earth fills two vacant board seats

The Village of Black Earth has two new trustees, filling vacancies initially caused by Pat Troge’s resignation in the winter and Matt Kahl filing the Public Works Director position. Jared Brammerson and Scott Patchin will serve until next April, when the seats go up for election.
