Penny Eileen Bowen

Penny Eileen Bowen, our loving sister and friend passed away March 22nd from a degenerative brain disease. Penny was born November 22, 1950 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Richard and Peggy Bowen. She grew up in St Louis Park, Minnesota. Graduated from St. Louis Park High School in 1969.
