Trevor Steiner is a perfectionist.

Wisconsin Heights’ football coach has the No. 1 team in the state in 8-man football. The Vanguards opened the year with a pair of impressive wins.

Yet Steiner kept pushing and pushing.

“I’ve been pushing the kids to execute better for the past couple weeks,” he said.
