Heights loses big lead, game


Wisconsin Heights’ Matthew Russell ran for 161 yards and three touchdowns in the Vanguards’ loss to Saint Mary Catholic last Saturday.

They played the 2020 season in the spring of 2021.

Their head coach this fall stepped down just days before the season began.

So if there’s anyone that knows about the importance of resiliency, it’s Wisconsin Heights’ football team.

Well, now the Vanguards have a little bit more.
