MADISON--Burdette (Burt) Phillips (84) passed away peacefully on October 14, 2021. He was born to Mildred (Lipska) and Benjamin Phillips on June 6, 1937 in Dodgeville, WI. He was a hard-working man who built 3 of his homes, painted barns, trimmed trees, farmed, became an iron worker and an over-the-road semi-driver.
