Black Earth’s former administrator censured for running for office

Last year’s Assembly District 81 candidate and former Black Earth Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer, Shellie Benish was recently publicly censured and banned from future membership by the Wisconsin City/County Management Association (WCMA).
