Carson Brickl is Optimist Student of the Month

Carson Brickl, son of Chad and Kristen Brickl, is the November Optimist Student of the Month. One of his teachers described him as “Someone who every day, not only strives to be the best he can be, but encourages others to do the same. He is a driven student that has great attention to details. In a time when it is not cool to be a “Try Hard”, he is a “Try Hard” in class and in athletics. I love how he has the strength to follow who he is and his passions in his life.” Sauk Prairie High School Assistant Principal Shane Been said, “He brings an energy and a positive attitude to everything that he does. Carson has served as a captain for both football and basketball this past year, and leads in the classroom as well.”  Outside of school, he has served on 6:8 mission trips, officiates youth sports, and mows lawns.  He is undecided on his college choice at this time.
