Arena--Scott G. Pope, age 77, of Arena was called home, after a brief illness at UW Hospital in Madison, on Friday, April 5, 2024, the two-year anniversary of his father’s death. He was born March 23, 1947, to the late Dale and Lillian (Brager) Pope.  Scott attended elementary school at the one room Ray Hollow School.

Black Earth--Lois Jean (Raisbeck) Herrling, age 82, of Black Earth, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. 

Black Earth--Gerald Ralph Goldben, 78, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024, under Agrace HospiceCare at Middleton Village. He was born on Sept. 20, 1945, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison, the son of Ruth Marie (Norland) Goldben and Norman Gilman Goldben. He was baptized and confirmed at East Blue Mounds Lutheran Church in rural Mount Horeb

Sauk City--Jeanette Irene Breunig passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024.  She was born in Cross Plains on March 20, 1934 to John and Rosina Statz.

Brodhead, WI--Ronald L. Colden, age 76, passed away on March 24, 2024 at the Pleasant View Nursing Home in Monroe, WI.

Ronald was born on April 14, 1947 in Monroe, WI, the son of Julian and Iva (Jones) Colden.  He married Beth Olson on May 26, 1973 in Brodhead, WI.

Mazomanie/Prairie du Sac--Donald C. Hosking, age 82, of Mazomanie and formerly Prairie du Sac, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at the Wm S. Middleton VA Hospital in Madison.  He was born in Hurley, WI on Jan. 19, 1942 to the late Clayton and Martha (Panich) Hosking.  He attended and graduated from the Weberville, MI.

Cross Plains/Mazomanie--Richard Thomas “Dick” Saeman passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, from complications after heart surgery.

Stanley “Tom” Diehl, age 84 passed away peacefully on Friday, March 1, 2024.

Theodore Ralph Larsen, age 93, joined the love of his live, Millie, on Thursday, December 28, 2023.  Theodore (Ted), son of Howard and Laura (Wolkow) Larsen, was born in Shell Lake, Wisconsin on June 3, 1930.  Ted was united in marriage to the love of his life, Mildred (Millie) Coy on September 10, 1955.
